Merchant Support - Refund Guide

Depending on when the sale was made, merchants can process a refund through the app in minutes or contact support with the transaction details.

  1. 1Open the app and log in to your Kushki Billpocket account.
  2. 2Go to Menu > Transactions to see the day's sales history.
  3. 3Select the sale you need to refund.
  4. 4Press the "Refund" button inside the transaction detail view.
  5. 5Confirm with your PIN. The refund is processed instantly.

Applies to sales from a previous day or any sale after 10:59 p.m. Mexico City time.

Include these details in your email

  • Transaction ID
  • Date the sale was made
  • Amount charged in the transaction

The refund is registered instantly once the merchant confirms with their PIN.
